Dr. Grethen practices evidence-based medicine, providing recommendations based on studies that have demonstrated beneficial patient outcomes. She does not recommend medications, supplements or services which have not been proven safe and effective.

All new patients will need to click ‘New Patient Registration’ before scheduling an appointment. A $75 deposit will be collected at registration and will be applied to the consultation fee. The deposit is refundable for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If after registering you receive an error message advising to call the clinic to schedule, please wait 5 minutes and try again online, making sure to enter your name exactly as when you registered.

Please note: As a direct care clinic, Impact Endocrinology does not accept any insurance, including Medicare. Payment is expected at the time of the appointment.
